• Salary up to $145,000 annually, depending on experience
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and ensure product competitiveness
• Support the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, in collaboration with agile development teams
• Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to various stakeholders
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align product development efforts
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify improvement areas

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project experience in strategy development, process design, or management consulting
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking, with knowledge in product and pricing or capital markets preferred
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing a variety of stakeholders

• Agile Scrum education or certification
• PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• Experience in business performance measurement and information technology
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
