• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Provide timely support to customers via phone, chat, and email using Genesys software
• Build strong feedback loops between customers and internal teams to enhance customer experiences
• Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve customer Knowledge Base/FAQ
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with cross‑functional teams as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of technology customer support experience with exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in technology or automotive industries
• Proficient in computer software and Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, using a consultative approach
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to assist non‑technical customers with technical issues

• Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase/sale documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
