- Lead service project execution from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations, field, and production teams to verify service completion and resolve project issues
- Oversee documentation and data management in ERP and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, MSA)
- Manage order schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service projects
- Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
- Must have work authorization that permits employment in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations within the power industry or a similar technical sector
- PMP certification or currently in the process of attaining PMP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and scheduling tools (e.g., MSA)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer-facing roles and commercial operations
