Position: Sr Manager People & Org Business Partner - US Fulfillment (US)

Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Manager, People & Organization for QVC US Fulfillment is a strategic HRBP role embedded in our Supply Chain organization. You'll partner with fulfillment site leadership to drive the People strategy across our US distribution operations—connecting business priorities to talent, culture, and organizational health outcomes for a large, complex workforce. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You won't just advise on people initiatives— you'll own their delivery on the ground, lead a team of People & Org Managers and Partners, and serve as the connective tissue between fulfillment operations and our broader People Team and COE Partners. If you’re energized by the pace and complexity of a fulfillment environment and want to shape how we invest in the people who power our operations, this is it.

Where

You’ll Work
  • This role is remote
; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA office as needed.
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with US Fulfillment site leaders as their go-to People advisor, consulting on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and the culture and engagement levers that drive operational performance.
  • Own the translation and execution of enterprise People strategy within the fulfillment environment—making sure programs and processes are adapted for the realities of a large hourly and salaried workforce across multiple sites.
  • Drive core talent cycle delivery for your client group—performance management, talent review, succession planning, and compensation planning—partnering with COEs to ensure quality execution and local relevance.
  • Lead change management for your client group through operational shifts, restructuring, or new program rollouts. Anticipate risks, mobilize resources, and keep leaders and teams aligned through transitions.
  • Coach and develop fulfillment leaders and managers on people decisions, team effectiveness, and leadership capability. Build the kind of trusted relationships where you can challenge thinking and elevate how leaders show up for their teams.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of People & Org Managers and Partners. Set clear expectations, build capability, and ensure your team is delivering strong day‑to‑day People support while growing as professionals.
  • Use People data and operational metrics to diagnose issues, surface trends, and focus leadership attention on the highest‑impact priorities. Bring a point of view, not just a dashboard.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally with time supporting operations, supply chain, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience as an HRBP partnering with operational or site leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Track record managing and developing a team of HR/People professionals.
  • Strong consulting and coaching instincts— you build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and aren’t afraid to push back constructively.
  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity in a high‑volume, multi‑site environment.
  • Familiarity with hourly workforce dynamics including engagement, retention, and labor relations fundamentals.
  • Ability to use People data to drive decisions, not just report on them.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts! In our US market, you can also expect health care benefits starting on day 1, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement benefits.
