• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, quality assurance, and governance for multi-application platform implementations
• Support design, development, and testing activities across multiple client projects
• Ensure solutions are built for scalability and performance, guiding clients on architecture design and configuration management
• Create and document best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Active Lead Certification and expert experience in Appian delivery using Agile methodology
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing

• Experience in UI/UX design
• Knowledge of cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
• Skills in data management and data visualization/BI
• Understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and/or configuration management practices
