Demand Response Program Manager

• Salary up to $110,000 plus bonus

• Oversee all phases of client programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contracts
• Manage multiple concurrent contracts and budgets with annual revenue of $2M-$3M
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and software development
• Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction

• 5-8 years of project management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong customer service experience and focus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demand response program execution experience is required

• Utility program management experience is a plus
• Salesforce/CRM proficiency is a plus
