• Manage operational oversight of multiple veterinary hospitals within the assigned market.
• Drive overall business development, performance, and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to hospital budgets and financial performance.
• Provide excellent client service and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Support talent development of veterinary staff during the review process.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a hospital management-type role within the veterinary or human medical field.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned market (approximately 50%).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong telephone and computer skills.

• Experience managing multiple sites in a veterinary or medical setting.
