Capital Programs Analyst

Overview

To identify, analyse and produce recommendation on existing capital projects and new opportunities to improve KJO performance.

• Identifies, analyses, evaluates and produces recommendations on new opportunities to improve KJO processes to optimize corporate performance and effectively achieve objectives from capital investments.
• Monitoring and evaluate the capital expenditure for all capital projects or capital programs.
• Evaluating capital programs based on approved budget and planned implantation schedule, etc.
• Monitors and collects data from all process improvement projects to analyse and evaluate progress according to set plans.
• Monitors performance of each division of KJO Departments as against its approved KPIs and highlight issues to the Superintendent in order to make necessary adjustments and pro-active action to meet shareholders objectives.
• Prepares section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards
• Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
