- Ensure functional control of the local finance teams through defining procedures, defining accounting policies, monitoring financial interactions with the team, auditing local teams.
- Define the accounting infrastructure of the Company, monitor its accuracy, drive changes with IT.
- Drive and deliver accurate financial reports.
- Liaise with Auditors on all auditing processes.
- Monitor credit control process in order to maintain an adequate cash flow.
- Plan the accounting process and give instructions accordingly.
- Manage local tax returns to optimize the company’s financial performance in line with regulatory authorities.
- Monitor regulatory financial requirement and ensure submission of Regulatory returns within deadlines.
- Drive implementation of internal audit recommendations approved by the management.
- Assume responsibility for organization’s strategic planning & Budgeting process.
