Resort Manager for English Speaking Candidates in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining facilities, and driving profitability.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase resort revenue and profitability
• Manage all aspects of guest services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all resort facilities
• Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
• Create and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities for partnerships and promotions
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills also preferred)
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
• Experience working in a luxury resort or hotel is highly desirable
