Resort Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with previous experience in managing a resort or hotel. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of staff.

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the resort
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control principles
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Must be willing to relocate to Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia
