Our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee all operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with previous management experience in the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability
• Oversee all resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreational activities
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure quality service standards are met
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract guests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Must be a Malayalee with strong leadership skills
• Previous experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and maintaining profitability
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
