Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Performance & Compensation Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-impact HR processes that directly shape employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies.

• Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including
• Goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and PIP tracking
• Execute annual compensation processes
• Merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR annual cycles
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation processes
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous HR process improvements
• Develop and deliver training and guidance materials for HR systems and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations (Performance & Compensation preferred)
• Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
• Strong understanding of:
  Performance management frameworks, Compensation practices and salary structures, HR systems and data reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
