Location: Abqaiq

We need an HR Officer urgently for our main office  HR officer will have to manage all HR related matters and will be managing and executing HR operations through various government portals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of human resources policies and procedures in accordance with Saudi labor regulations and company standards.
  • Handle recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and payroll coordination while ensuring compliance with GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other KSA governmental platforms.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, performance, etc.).
  • Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates, NOC, and experience letters.
  • Manage employee exits, including clearance, end‑of‑service benefits, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.) with Finance.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of GOSI and EOSB.
  • Manage insurance renewals and employee benefits in coordination with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Taqat, and HRDF systems.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local regulations affecting HR practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management and government authorities as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of strong experience in HR domain.
  • Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and HR policies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Through knowledge of Saudi labor laws at minimum, regional labor law knowledge would be considered advantageous.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a good understanding of labor regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
