Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) and workforce planning initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector
- Prior HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
