QHSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country QHSE Manager to lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental functions across our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and client requirements while driving a strong safety culture across all projects and business units.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead country-wide initiatives to enhance safety culture, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability.
• Ensure full compliance with KSA regulatory authorities, including HSE, environmental, and occupational health requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare and deliver QHSE KPI reports to senior management and clients.
• Lead emergency response planning and ensure readiness across projects.
• Manage QHSE training, competency programs, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with project managers, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the QHSE team across all projects and facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting zero harm and best-practice quality standards.
