As Senior Manager, Property Management, you will contribute to a fast‑paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed in compliance with all Raytheon business processes, FAR, DFAR, and contract requirements, and federal regulations. The manager will oversee a team of experienced professionals executing property management activities at several sites across the central United States.

- Lead property management execution across multiple Raytheon sites, ensuring consistent application of standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve and sustain DCMA‑approved property management systems for all assigned CAGE codes.
- Plan, lead, and support property management system audits, including DCMA reviews, Customer audits, and internal audit activities.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure Government Property activities comply with the FAR, DFARS, and NASA FAR Supplement, as applicable.
- Maintain accountability for all Government Property outcomes and ensure compliance with Raytheon policy for acquisition, receipt, utilization, storage, record‑keeping, movement, maintenance, consumption, reporting, and disposition of Government and Customer property.
- Drive team performance by providing coaching, training, and development while ensuring effective use of all property management systems and tools.
- Apply CORE and continuous‑improvement principles to implement changes that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, using expert property management knowledge to influence decisions and drive action.
- Develop and maintain succession planning for the property team.
- Build and report metrics, KPIs, audit results, and operational performance to leadership with clear recommendations and insights.
- Travel up to 25% to support alternate locations.
- University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, OR Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.
- People‑leadership experience managing teams of moderate scope and complexity; demonstrated ability to develop employees, support career growth, and achieve strategic and tactical objectives.
- Experience performing root cause analysis, developing containment and corrective action plans, and executing timely corrective actions that meet customer expectations.
- Ability to resolve moderately complex issues and implement solutions that improve overall functional performance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Extensive expertise in all 10 Government Property outcomes, with a proven track record of successfully leading Customer Property Management System Analysis (PMSA) audits and maintaining consistent engagement with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, with foundation in a University Degree or Advanced Degree in a related field, showcasing depth of knowledge in government property management processes.
- Certified in NPMA Property Management and CORE, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
