  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team of five volunteer Ethics & Compliance Representatives (ECRs), part of a regional network growing to over 300 ECRs worldwide, and coordinate relevant aspects of annual performance reviews.
  • Serve as an E&C role model, spokesperson and liaison to employees and other stakeholders across the Airbus organization.
Risk & Investigations
  • Proactively analyze site‑specific compliance risks, particularly concerning manufacturing operations, and develop concrete, actionable mitigation strategies for the Site Head and SLT.
  • Lead internal investigations of alleged compliance violations, partnering with HR, Legal and other functions as appropriate.
  • Evaluate evidence critically and unemotionally, remaining open to reconsidering whether it may be misleading.
  • Assist with litigation matters, including issuance of litigation holds and responses to subpoenas.
  • Guide professionals at AAI and its affiliated entities on conducting Internal Control Self‑Assessments and serve as a focal point for internal and external audits and subsidiary fit‑checks.

  • Promptly and professionally respond to requests from various stakeholders, including AAI Leadership, the Office of General Counsel, Compliance Committees, and internal and external auditors.
  • Define, track, and report on key E&C metrics and work streams, consistently seeking to improve the clarity and usefulness of E&C reporting to stakeholders.
  • Scrutinize Airbus’ Directives, Methods and Guidelines to ensure alignment and coordination on implementing processes and procedures.
  • Become proficient with Airbus’ electronic tools and process flow management to support decisions and enable guidance and training to end‑users.
