• Manage and oversee the operations of the General Cargo Haul Fleet.
• Assume full responsibility for the overall operation of services under the contract across all operating areas.
• Lead and supervise transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Logistics and Transportation Management.
• Proven experience in managing General Cargo Haul Fleet Operations.
• Experience managing transportation operations across multiple locations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Experience managing transportation service contracts and leading operational teams to achieve business and performance objectives.
• ARAMCO transportation project experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and operational management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
