Job Responsibilities
- The BMS Supervisor oversees the efficient operation maintenance and monitoring of the Building Management System to ensure optimal building performance and occupant comfort
- The role involves supervising a team of technicians troubleshooting system issues and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitor and control all BMS operations including HVAC lighting power fire safety and security systems
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure the system functions effectively
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Respond to system alarms and faults diagnosing and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or contractors for complex system repairs
- Implement system modifications or upgrades based on client requirements and feedback
- E Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
