Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties across multiple channels.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales goals.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Organize and coordinate property events, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and virtual tours.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and brand guidelines.

• Ability to design using Canva and Photoshop
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – PowerPoint – Access)
• 4-6 years of proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate industry trends and best practices.
• Willingness to work onsite and attend property events as required.
