The Outpatient Procedural Area Registered Nurse (RN) works in Dhahran Outpatient Procedural Area and provides a wide range of complex and direct quality and evidence‑based nursing care to patients requiring advanced nursing skills. Care is guided by organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Work is performed on any shift, as required, in the Outpatient Procedural Area (OPPA) of the Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) facilities.

Working hours are assigned to meet operational needs and may include on‑call and scheduled overtime.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned unit’s nursing practices
• Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
• Pursue high staff engagement
• Obtain high patient experience
• Achieve and sustain high quality of care and patient safety
• Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model

3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as applicable per scope of service of the assigned area
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as applicable per scope of service of the assigned area
• Conscious sedation as applicable per scope of service of the assigned area

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a clinically related outpatient procedural area.
