Telesales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads interested in educational offers such as free trial sessions.
• Receive and manage customer data through the CRM system ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
• Communicate with potential customers via Whats App and phone calls to understand their needs, provide information about educational programs and support their decision‑making process.
• Coordinate and schedule free trial sessions when needed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Follow up consistently with customers to answer inquiries, handle objections, and complete the registration process on the platform.

• At least 2 years of general sales experience; prior experience in educational sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred, with a solid academic background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably in telesales or educational sales, with a proven ability to handle leads and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate and organized customer records.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English; additional languages are considered an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base.
