C & I Engineer Business Development

This role is a hybrid technical commercial leadership position responsible for driving business development and client engagement within Saudi Arabia. The primary focus is to establish and grow the company's presence in the Kingdom by developing strategic client relationships and securing EPC and engineering services opportunities across key industrial sectors. While the role is supported by a strong Control Instrumentation (C I) engineering background, its primary emphasis is on business growth, opportunity development and client acquisition underpinned by technical credibility and multidisciplinary engineering insight.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent), Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional engineering certification or registration (preferred).
• Minimum 8-12 years' experience in C I engineering and/or engineering services.
• Strong technical foundation in industrial control systems.
• Proven track record in business development, client engagement or technical sales.
• Demonstrated ability to secure new work or contribute significantly to awarded projects.
• Experience with in EPC contractors, engineering consulting, or industrial operators.
• Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia or GCC industrial markets.
• Strong commercial awareness with a strategic and results driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self motivated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively in the Saudi business environment.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader organisational strategy.

Saudi nationals will be given preference in line with localisation requirements. Candidates with established networks and relationships in the Saudi market will be highly advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
