Our Potential OpportunityINTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking E&I Technician (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join our dynamic team. The E&I Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, calibration, and pre-commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Experience working on projects utilizing Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems is a significant advantage.
What You’ll Lead and Deliver- Install process instrumentation including transmitters, control valves, actuators, flow elements, level instruments, and analyzers as per hook-up drawings and specifications.
- Perform electrical installations including cable pulling, termination, panel wiring, earthing, and lighting systems.
- Calibrate a full range of field instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters using appropriate calibration tools.
- Conduct loop checks between field instruments and the control systems (DCS, ESD, F&G), including interfaces with Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems.
- Perform pre-commissioning activities including megger testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and power-up checks for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation faults in the field using multimeters, HART communicators, and other diagnostic tools.
- Complete pre-commissioning test records, calibration certificates, and punch list items accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work safely under permit-to-work systems, follow LOTO procedures, and adhere strictly to project HSE requirements.
