Customer Service Representative
Bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Saugus corporation.
Start date:
immediately. Where:
Saugus, MA.
Hours:
Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 6:00 PM.
Required:
Spanish/English bilingual, must be able to pass background and drug test. Essential duties/responsibilities: providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues; process applications for walk-in patrons; perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests; assist in the reduction of production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.); contact customers for additional account information;
prepare reports to include daily walk-in report; audit work for accuracy; cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift; assist in opening and closing the office as needed. Spanish/English speaking is necessary.
