Job DescriptionStatement of Duties:
- Responsible for instructional and general duties as indicated by the Principal, Supervisors, and directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee, and policies of the Saugus School Committee.
- Team teaching, interdisciplinary approach.
- Willingness to participate in extra-curricula activities.
- Licensed by the State Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Massachusetts.
- Understanding human growth and development of children from birth to age 12.
- Knowledge of curriculum in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
