Early Childhood Teacher

Our client is looking for passionate, fun, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Saugus, MA.

• Infant Teacher: working with children 6 weeks to 15 months old

• Preschool Teacher: working with children 2.7 to 5 years old

• Uncertified Teachers: $18.00 – $22.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
• EEC Certified Teachers: $22.00 – $25.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Maintain educational portfolios for each child
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  
  Must have at least 5-years of cumulative experience working with preschoolers in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  
  Must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience working with infants in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
• Must meet background check eligibility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
