Position: 26006760 Relationship Banker - Saugus, MA Area

Responsibilities

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed. Build deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.

  • Efficiently manages time and capacity, focusing on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Education

Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Desired education:
Bachelor’s or relevant Associate’s Degree.
