As part of the opening team for Sanctuary Saugus, you will help build the culture, support the team, and bring the store to life from day one. Duties & Responsibilities- Open and close the store when the AGM or GM are not present
- Help oversee daily dispensary operations including compliance, cash handling, and internal audits
- Ensure all state regulations, company policies, and operational procedures are followed at all times
- Organize workflow and help keep the team running efficiently throughout the shift
- Support employees while helpingmaintaina positive team environment
- Help communicate company goals, updates, promotions, and operational changes to staff
- Partner with management to support store performance, customer experience, and daily operations
- Lead by example while working alongside the team on the sales floor
- Help create a fun, fast-paced, and welcoming customer experience
- Train and support new employees during onboarding and daily operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Ensure menu accuracy and product availability throughout the shift
- Motivate and direct staff during high-volume periods
- Support inventory operations and cash management procedures
- Maintain strong product knowledge and help educate both staff and customers
- Assist management with operational tasks and shift execution as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and customer experience

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass all required background checks
- Minimum one year of cannabis or retail supervisory experience preferred
- Previous dispensary or cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment throughout the shift
This position may require nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Schedules and job duties may change at any time to support business operations.
