Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change as technology and customer needs evolve.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Retail Sales Consultant salaries range from $52,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
