We are looking for maintenance assistance to join our existing team. If this opportunity aligns with your interests, we invite you to consider joining us.
Job Description- Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance tools including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Installs equipment and appliances.
- Follows local and state building codes.
- Complies with all company safety regulations.
- Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
- Reports any issues to the Director of maintenance.
- Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
- At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2t years of experience.
- Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.
