Tree Trimmer Foreperson- Union

Asplundh -  - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Supervisor;
Conduct field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units;
Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policies and conduct safety training;
Obtain permissions from property owners to perform work and communicate with property owners/customers about access and responsibilities;
Maintain accurate crew-related records, timesheets, and reports; monitor crew costs and equipment usage;
Provide reports of orders completed, crew performance, incidents, and repairs to management and utility representatives
