Role:- Operate a range of workshop equipment including welding stations, ironworkers, saws, and threading machinery.
- Perform basic tack welding and assist with the production of custom fastener orders.
- Lead the day-to-day workflow within the shop, prioritising production schedules and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards while supporting a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment.
- Basic welding experience with good mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience operating workshop or manufacturing machinery.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workflow and lead by example.
