$70k annually and up, depending on experience. Bonus structure based on performance.
Primary Duties- Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
- Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids
- Identify project risks, value-engineering opportunities, and cost‑saving alternatives
- Develop and maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and pricing models
- Participate in pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and scope reviews
- Assist in preparing bid proposals, budgets, and project schedules
- Collaborate with project management teams during handoff and throughout construction
- Track changes, scope revisions, and change order pricing as needed
- Develop new areas for future expansion of customers and products as required

- Ability to learn take‑off software and database programs
- Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Ability to develop and improve bidding skills to procure and manage own projects
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of Project Management Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Stack
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a Commercial Construction role, with estimating experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
