$70k annually and up, depending on experience. Bonus structure based on performance.

• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids
• Identify project risks, value-engineering opportunities, and cost‑saving alternatives
• Develop and maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and pricing models
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and scope reviews
• Assist in preparing bid proposals, budgets, and project schedules
• Collaborate with project management teams during handoff and throughout construction
• Track changes, scope revisions, and change order pricing as needed
• Develop new areas for future expansion of customers and products as required

• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Ability to develop and improve bidding skills to procure and manage own projects
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Project Management Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Stack
• Valid driver’s license

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a Commercial Construction role, with estimating experience

• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
