- Understanding of engineering process
- Strong communication skills
Based on the 2025‑2027 Sauk Rapids‑Rice Education Association's Master Agreement Schedule C at BA+10 lane at 10% starting at $5,270 up to $7,226; no additional benefits beyond those required by law.
