Position OverviewGuardian Pharmacy of Minnesota is looking for a part‑time delivery team member to provide timely medication deliveries and maintain accurate records. The role requires a 12:00 PM–6:00 PM or 7:00 PM–midnight shift schedule, including weekend driving. Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
Essential Job Functions- Determine most efficient route for each assigned delivery.
- Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure orders are complete before departure.
- Deliver correct totes to facilities in a timely manner.
- Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
- Pick up return items and refused medications when required, using all safety protocols.
- Complete all paperwork and filing requirements accurately at the end of each shift.
- Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients at all times.
- Work with team members as needed in special circumstances; be flexible as required.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and advise supervisor when repairs or maintenance are required.
- Complete delivery assignments within the shift time while complying with all traffic regulations.
- Follow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- State Driver’s License.
- Applicant must be 21 years old or older.
- At least 2 years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience).
- Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred or required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Quality minded and proactive in seeking errors.
- Ability to use GPS and hands‑free cell phones.
- Ability to read and follow directions/maps in English.
- Requires travel by ground.
