WORK SCHEDULE:
Primarily mid-after and evening hours between September and May.

JOB DUTIES:
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Carpet extracting
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Painting
- Washing walls, windows and sanitary fixtures
- Unloading and distributing freight
- Minor grounds maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and tools

SALARY:
Daytime custodian.............................$18.00 per hour
Evening and weekend custodian.......$19.00 per hour
Earned Sick & Safe Time (in accordance with MN Statute 181.9446)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualified candidates will be interviewed before completing the substitute hiring process
