We’ve recently moved to our new Sauk Rapids location expanding operations with another 55,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing / warehousing space that was specifically remodeled to enhance the employee experience with a large break room, employee lockers, spacious working environment, and the occasional summer cookout!

We are seeking a motivated individual to thrive in our Sauk Rapids location. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, dependable, and a positive "can do" attitude with the drive to dig in and get it done.

• Assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions
• Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products
• Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different workstations
• Organization of material and preparing product for shipment
• Consistently meet department production performance standards
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work within all safety guidelines
• Any other duties as assigned

• Previous assembly and warehouse experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and / or part of a team
• Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Able to meet deadlines
• Use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for up to 10 hours a day
• Able to bend, twist, push and pull
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Excellent listening, written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Punctual

10-hour day shift Monday-Thursday with Fridays off!

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
