• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-11:00pm, 10% differential
• 3rd Shift: 10:45pm-6:45am Sunday-Thursday
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm, 15% differential

• General labor including loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function, and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas.
• Demonstrate ability to operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and leak, flow and function testing equipment.
• Demonstrate ability to operate ultrasonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations.
• Monitor supplies and understand how to use the material replenishment reordering system.
• Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to cross‑train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule.
• Occasionally be tasked with work in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates.
• Understand and follow all of Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties.
• Properly use required PPE, including coveralls, boots, hairnets/head covers/face shields, gloves, etc.

• High level of production skills.
• Clean room experience.
• Good work ethic with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of controlled process regulations.

For candidates based in Minnesota:
The pay range is $17.12 - $29.09 hourly, non‑exempt.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
