Orbital Welder - Sauk Rapids - Weekend Shift

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Orbital Welder roles on the weekend shift. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you’ll do as an Orbital Welder:

• Operate TIG and orbital welding machines
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect parts and maintain high-quality standards
• Use computer-controlled welding equipment
• Handle fragile materials with care
• Perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals
• Use measuring tools to check part quality
• Follow all safety procedures

What you need to be an Orbital Welder:

• 3+ years of welding or manufacturing experience (semiconductor industry preferred)
• Completed or enrolled in a 2-year Welding Technology program
• Ability to read technical drawings and do basic math
• Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet with or without reasonable accommodations
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
