Base Pay Range: $17 – $19 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (overtime on Friday and/or Saturday required as needed)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and completely finish window and patio door orders that meet or exceed production standards in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Follow approved quality practices and suggest improvements.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Display flexibility to work in other departments as needed with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Highly motivated, focused, organized employee who can work in a team environment or independently.
• Work safely and follow safe work practices and policies.
• Engage in cross‑training to maintain flexibility and adaptability to support production.
• Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standard work.
• Support a respectful workplace.
