Production Manufacturing Technician - Weekend

Position:
Production Manufacturing Technician (PMT) on weekend day shift (Friday‑Sunday 7:00am‑7:00pm) at Ichor Systems, Inc., Sauk Rapids, MN.
The PMT will operate select manufacturing/processing equipment safely and meet or exceed quality requirements/standards in a timely manner at the lowest possible costs. Work in highly controlled rooms, including clean line and clean room environments, as assigned. Responsibilities include working with electro‑polishing chemicals and equipment, high purity instruments, highly sensitive testing devices, assembly tools, and packaging equipment.

• General labor including loading/unloading various cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas.
• Operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment.
• Operate ultrasonic wash, electro‑polish, and insert installation stations.
• Monitor supplies and use the material replenishment reordering system.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Cross‑train and assist other production areas as needed.
• Work occasionally in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates.
• Follow Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing duties.
• Use required PPE including coveralls, boots, hairnets/head covers/face shields, gloves, etc.

Hourly: $17.12 – $29.09 with a 15% shift differential, non‑exempt.
