Production Manufacturing Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Manufacturing Technicians for an innovative manufacturing company in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this role, you’ll support high quality production processes and gain valuable technical experience in a clean, well organized facility. Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading equipment, assembly, inspection, bagging, packaging, and testing.

Operate equipment such as microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and testing devices.

Run specialized stations including the ultrasonic wash, electro wash, and inert installation stations.

Monitor inventory levels and use the material replenishment system.

Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.

Cross train and support other production areas as needed.

Occasionally work in clean room, clean line, or assembly environments depending on workflow.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.

Wear and correctly use all required PPE (coveralls, boots, hairnets, gloves, face shields, etc.).

Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team focused mindset.

Previous high level production and/or clean room experience.

Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail.

Basic math skills.

Understanding of controlled process regulations.

Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Office products.
