Plant Manager

Branding Iron Holdings is seeking a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Holstein, Iowa food manufacturing facility. This on-site role oversees production of premium prepared meats and protein products, ensuring safety, quality, food safety, and efficiency targets are met. The Plant Manager will manage multi-shift teams, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, optimize processes, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

This position plays a key role in sustaining our employee-focused, safety-driven culture while supporting growth and operational excellence across the plant.
