This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about senior care, values teamwork, and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment.

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with caregivers, leadership, physicians, and families
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Support compliance with state regulations and community policies
• Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• CPR certification preferred
