Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, following recognized clinical standards as defined by the State of Minnesota Delegate, monitor, and provide resident care Develop and update individualized, person-centered care plans based on ongoing assessment of medical, nursing, and psychosocial needs
Coordinate and oversee delegated nursing services to nursing and unlicensed staff in compliance with licensure requirements
Support and mentor new nursing personnel on procedures, policies, and care concepts
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
Receive and provide reports on resident status and changes in condition
Maintain thorough and timely charting and documentation
Foster strong communication with families, caregivers, and relevant agencies to ensure continuity of care
Stay current on emergency procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations

Have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota Must have a current Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification
Have at least one (1) year experience in an acute hospital or equivalent experience
Exhibit professional behavior and attitude
Demonstrates the ability to make appropriate professional judgments
Possess good interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
Must demonstrate leadership skills necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position
