Overview
The primary focus of this position is to oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager. The Deli Department Lead ensures the Kitchen & Deli meet company merchandising standards, are fully stocked, and appealing to guests. This individual provides continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, leads the Deli staff, maintains superior quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products, educates and assists guests at the counter, attracts guests with a fun and friendly atmosphere, engages them through product samples and suggestive selling, and understands all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
USD $17.00 - $24.00 per hour.
