Moving Crew Members

Location: Minnesota (local + out-of-state moves)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Movers & Packers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customer belongings safely and efficiently for both residential and commercial moves. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering a professional customer experience.

• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transport
• Load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks
• Safely transport items without damage
• Unpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's location
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards on every job
• Maintain awareness of inventory and ensure no items are lost or damaged
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with basic warehouse or storage tasks as needed
• Movers are expected to handle items carefully and work efficiently while maintaining safety at all times

• Ability to lift heavy items (50–100+ lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability (on time, ready to work)
• Ability to work well on a team and take direction
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail when handling and packing items
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Movers must be physically fit and capable of safely loading, packing, and unloading items without damage

• Previous moving, warehouse, or labor experience
• Experience packing, loading, or handling furniture and equipment
• Familiarity with basic tools, dollies, and moving equipment

• Dependable and punctual
• Works hard without needing constant direction
