Overview
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking and fulfilling orders. This includes all aspects of inter‑company stock transfers and the processing of imports/finished goods.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm
Ship + Receive + Stock + Count + Process
Responsibilities- Use a forklift to load and unload semi‑truck trailers. Use a forklift to stock pallets into racking.
- Use a computer and tablet to access order information and enter additional information as needed.
- Receive, break down and process import orders for cross‑dock shipments.
- Communicate with co‑workers at other locations through email, phone and messaging apps.
- Complete post‑processing of orders such as folding, tagging, labeling, bagging and boxing.
- Stock incoming Finished Goods to appropriate rack/bin locations.
- Pull and fulfill Finished Goods orders from the rack/bin locations.
- Read and understand work orders and customer profiles to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Process shipments through couriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, LTL carries or inter‑company trucks.
- Conduct Cycle Counting to ensure inventory integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school education or GED required
- Previous Warehouse experience required
- Preferred Computer and Technology Experience – Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, shipping applications such as UPS or Fed Ex, Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to operate a forklift and stock picker (training provided)
- Strong written (email) and verbal communication
- Safety first mindset
- Must be able to drive personal vehicle to Little Falls, MN for on‑site training (mileage reimbursed by Lakeshirts)

Physical DemandsCONTINUOUSLY:
Stand, walk, reach, bend, lift 10 lbs., carry 10 lbs., reaching at shoulder height, reaching below shoulder height.
FREQUENTLY:
Sit, push, pull, twist, lifts 25-50 lbs., carry 10-24 lbs.
OCCASIONALLY: climb, carry 25-50 lbs., reach above shoulder height.
NEVER: crawl, lift over 50 lbs., carrying over 50 lbs.
